Forehand and backhand push – training drill

In this training drill, we are playing a push only game, using either forehand or backhand pushes on the full width of the table.

This is a really good training drill if you need to improve your pushing, as you get to play a lot of pushes in short period without having to worry about your opponent attacking. So you can really focus on your movement, technique and placement.
