In this training drill, we are playing a backhand drive rally crosscourt, but my opponent can decide when to switch the play to my forehand. I then play one forehand drive down the line and we go back to playing backhand drives.
This drill is great for improving your reactions, combining backhand and forehand drives and recovering quickly.
