Analysing your opponent – 1 day training camp

In this training camp, you will learn how to analyse your opponent. When we play matches, it is tempting to only think about our own performance – our technique, successful shots and errors. But we should also consider the strengths and weaknesses of our opponent. Every player is stronger at some skills and weaker at others. If we can identify the weak areas – and target these areas – then a match may become much easier. You will finish this training camp with a much clearer idea of how to work out your opponent and devise tactics to exploit their weaknesses.
