How we serve and return serves makes a massive difference to whether we win or lose. In this training camp you will work on both your serve and receive skills. You will do a variety of drills which will help you develop your service placement, spin and variation. And the same drills we also help you improve your receive skills by reading service length, service spin and applying pressure to your opponent. You will finish the training day with a number of drills you can use in your training sessions to continue to improve your serve and receive skills.
