Course: 5th ball attack
Length: 8 lessons
Register: www.tomsttacademy.com
In this course you will learn how to set up a 5th ball attack. This is where you serve (#1), your opponent returns (#2), you play a pressurising shot (#3), your opponent makes a weak return (#4) and then you finish the point with an aggressive attack (#5). We’ll look at the best option to create this 5th ball attack opportunity and also some alternative options which can be surprisingly effective at local league level.
FREE SAMPLE LESSON … You can watch a free sample lesson from the course (click the play button above). In this lesson I explain a basic approach to executing a 5th ball attack.
