In this video, British league player and coach Adam Fuzes explains how to do a backhand serve with huge amounts of backspin.
This is a serve Adam uses a lot and catches out his opponents. They underestimate how much backspin is generated and often dump the ball into the net.
In the video, Adam explains how he generates so much backspin and I also do a comparison between my backhand serve and Adam’s backhand serve.
It’s not an easy technique, but very effective.
