On this training day you will learn how to set up a 5th ball attack. This is where you serve (#1), your opponent returns (#2), you play a pressurising shot (#3), your opponent makes a weak return (#4) and then you finish the point with an aggressive attack (#5). We’ll look at the best option to create this 5th ball attack opportunity and also some alternative options which can be surprisingly effective at local league level.
