Get ready for the league season with this intensive training day. There will be less talking and more playing as you do a number of drills to sharpen up your game. There will be a focus on skills you actually need to use in your league matches, including random topspin rallies, topspin vs backspin, service skills and returning serves. You will work hard, but you’ll be rewarded with a confidence boost in your game. It’s a vital training day for any player who wants to start the league season in good form.
