Rallying skills – group coaching day

During this group coaching day, I will show you how to switch efficiently between backhand and forehand strokes and play that one extra shot to outplay your opponent. Having strong rallying skills is an essential table tennis skill. You need to combine consistent strokes, footwork and visual awareness to play multiple shots in a random rally. If you can achieve this skill, you can raise your game to a new level.
