In this training camp, you will learn how to execute long, fast serves which give your opponents nightmares! You will learn the key components of a long, fast serve – where the ball should bounce on either side of the table, what spin to use and what service action to use. You will also learn how to use long, fast serves to set up an easy attacking opportunity. This is a really useful weapon to have in your local league and tournament matches.

Who is this training camp suitable for?
This training camp is suitable for players at an intermediate (and above) standard. You should already be able to do a topspin serve, a backspin serve and be able to push and drive confidently.
This training camp is not suitable for complete beginners. Instead, I recommend 1-to-1 coaching. If you are unsure whether this training camp is suitable for you, please email me with more information about your playing standard and I will advise.
How many participants will there be?
There will be a maximum of 10 players at this training camp. You will get the opportunity to play with different people throughout the day. You will also get plenty of individual feedback from myself when you do the training exercises. You will experience a positive coaching environment, joined by like-minded table tennis enthusiasts!
